A photo of a photo. The little girl in the front in my Mom. Without any words or even a date on the back, this photo tells me so much about my Mom: she went to the beach with her family, she was adorable and looks like my little girl, this may be the early years because my Nana had 10 kids. This image also tells me that there was another photographer in the family; in the sense that he or she saw the importance of capturing this moment.

Print your photos! They are your history. What will your images tell future generations? ALOT!

Early morning editing. 4:30am. My essentials PS, LR and Irish coffee mug (I bet you thought I was going to say Irish coffee! Only if you want multiple heads!@*#$)

Photography is my life and when I look back in years to come this photo will bring back a flood of memories. The early morning quiet time, the joy on the faces smiling back at me from my computer, the sleepy heads that would wake up and join me for a cuddle on the commuter chair before "starting" our day.

*inspired by Chrissy Ray Photography's watermelon image!!

"The joy of life comes from our encounters with new experiences, and hence there is no greater joy than to have an endlessly changing horizon, for each day to have a new and different sun."
~Christopher McCandless

I think this is where children have it right and where adults can stand to learn from.

The sympathetic friend. She skinned her knees so George needed bandaids too...apparently he fell off his red scooter (she was that specific)....

“I want to caution you against the idea that balance has to be a routine that looks the same week in and week out.”
― Kevin Thoman

However, if the same routine makes you feel balanced then so be it. Waiting for her brother at the bus stop...the same 3 days a week.

Well, thank you for enjoying my weekly rewind.  I was having some technical issues yesterday so I'm nit in on the blog circle with my daily framers.  So here's a link to Colleen Putnam Photography...the circle begins with her...Enjoy their lovely images!!
